SKY-FM is in a market with 11 stations including CCM, CHR, Country (5) , Classic Country (2), Hot AC and News Talk. They hadn’t established a clear position, lacked musical focus, and had an undisciplined morning show that was also holding them back.

Radio Consulting Services began as SKY-FM’s partner in 2015, conducting Music Research. Radio Consulting Services then turned to the underperforming Morning Show and identified a suitable new host who began in early 2016. Soon after SKY-FM and the Morning Show became the #1 station in the market and continued to be in during the our 4 plus year relationship.
